Dr. (Mrs.) Adebimpe Aor, a Fellow of Occupational Safety and Health Association United Kingdom is the President/CEO of Home of Noir Quality and Productivity Limited. She is one of the few 5S Kaizen Experts in Africa. She is equipped with cutting edge tools and techniques designed to help and assist governments, companies and organizations improve their mode of operation, boost their productivity as well as improve and increase output.
With over 40 years post qualification experience as a Lecturer, Trainer, Facilitator, Team Lead Consultant with EU Project in Adamawa State, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) National Quality Infrastructural Project in Nigeria, Japan Government Project in partnership with Pan African Productivity Association on 5S Kaizen in Nigeria, Ghana and Burkina Faso, multinational companies, SMEs. Representative of African Productivity Experts/Practitioners in Asia. 2nd Vice President Pan African Productivity Association (2015-2017).
She is a former Secretary/Member, National Productivity Order of Merit Award Committee, Nigeria. She is also a former Director/Head of Management Labour Productivity and Consultancy and Business Development Departments, National Productivity Centre and former Director/Head National Productivity and Quality Training Centre, Abuja.She was a Team Facilitator in training Deans, Heads of Departments and Directors of Niger Delta University on Productivity Improvement Tools for Organizational Performance. Team Lead Consultant at 7-Up Abuja Factory on Improving Production Process and Waste Management using 5S KAIZEN.

She also holds an OTJ Certificate on 5S Kaizen with a Certificate on Productivity Management Consulting, Japan. She attended Train the Trainer Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001:2015; ISO 22000:2005 & ISO 22000:2018; ISO 14001:2015. She holds Basic MANDEV and Advanced MANDEV Certificates.
